Victorian Sterling Silver Large Locket Necklace With An Engraved Monogram

  
A large Victorian sterling silver locket with the engraved monogram DMI (in no particular order). The locket contains one removable photo frame, the other is missing. The bail is marked STERLING SILVER.

There is a very slight dent to the front of the locket and a dent to the side of the bail, otherwise in good condition, snaps shut firmly. 4 cms, excluding the loop and bail by 3.3 cms (1 1/2 inches x 1 3/8 inches). The locket is on a new 51 cms (20 inches) long solid sterling silver belcher chain.
