Victorian Sterling Silver Chain Necklace

  
A sterling silver Victorian chain necklace, it could be worn alone or with a locket suspended from the bolt ring. The chain is not hallmarked, as is common with Victorian pieces, but acid tests as sterling silver. One of the links is slightly squashed (see the last photo), otherwise in good condition. 45 cms (17 3/4 inches) long.
