He's wearing a ruffle collared blouse, long hair and a large plumed hat.Below, highlighting the figure is a fancy decorative ornament of acanthus leaves and curlicues. An orb element leads to the swept back handle which in turn attaches to a large fancy gilt bowl. Wonderful workmanship by Wood & Hughes in their Bust or Medallion pattern.
