A rare large Scottish Victorian solid sterling silver basting spoon. It is hallmarked for Edinburgh 1868 with the makers marks being EM for Millidge & Son (Edwin Millidge).
It has been superbly designed being made to what it termed Kings Pattern and the terminal has been engraved with the initial A. It is in super condition having no dings splits distortions or repairs. 11.25 inches (28.8cms) long by 2 inches (5.2cms) wide and weighs 105 grams. A large high quality piece.
