In good antique condition - the silver is in very good condition. Some wear to the steel commensurate. The colour of the handles is darker on the side that sits in the casing (these have possibly been left as a display pset in direct sunlight for a number of years). There are a couple of splits in the handles, but they are very solid and still certainly usable.
