Antique Victorian Sterling Silver Moonstone & Opal Scorpion Brooch

  

Beautiful antique Victorian period (1837 1901) sterling silver scorpion brooch consisting of natural Moonstones and 1 x Opal stone (the stone is a replacement for a missing Moonstone). Measurements: 8.4 cm 3.30 Inches in length; 2.9 cm 1.14 Inches in width.

Hallmarks/ Stamps: Unmarked (tested for sterling silver). The brooch shows some signs of wear and age (one Moonstone replaced by an Opal stone), otherwise in a good antique condition.
