AEI initials in the front, dating back to circa late 1800s. Brooch and locket hang 2 3/4. Locket is 1 1/4" x 1". Brooch is 1.5" x 3/4".

The AEI stands for Amity Eternity and Infinity. In Victorian period it was a popular symbol/term and would have been worn as a sign of everlasting love. The locket clicks shut nicely but is a little difficult to open. Has some tarnish - leave that to new owner.
