Antique Victorian sterling silver albertina watch chain bracelet with tassel

  
This is a beautiful antique Victorian sterling silver albertina watch chain which can also be worn as a bracelet if desired. This unique vintage find measures approx. 19cm long and 1.2cm wide. There is a hook at one end that measures 2.3cm long and it is stamped'STERLING SILVER'. The other end of the chain features a bulldog clip that could be attached to the hook and worn as a bracelet if desired. Next to the hook is a six strand tassel stamped'800'. The tip of every herringbone strand has a smooth ball tip.

The ornate chain is made up of two square cut chains with a rope style chain in the centre. The chain is held by an ornate repousse oval with a shield shaped scroll at either end.
