A very large antique sterling silver on blue velvet board table top mirror or picture frame in an intricate repousse and pierced floral vine and scroll pattern with a central cartouche at top (no monogram). Has marks for Henry Matthews of Birmingham 1900 bottom of leaf scroll at bottom of frame. Measures 10 1.2" x 16 ½" with a 6 ½" x 11" central opening. Sterling silver weighs about 5.8 ounces.

Entire frame weighs about 1 lb 15 ounces. One corner missing about a ½" x ½" piece, and a few tiny cracks/bends to delicate silver work. A small piece of silver that broke off is included. Frame requires reassembly after cleaning by nailing silver to frame and mount back to front.
