Antique Gorham Aesthetic Folding Knife Sterling Silver 1855-60 Dandelion Striker

  

This is a gorgeous rare Gorham Aesthetic Folding Knife. This beautiful fruit knife is entirely composed of solid sterling silver. It has an Aesthetic Dandelion repousse design adorning both sides. The Gorham hallmarking on the blade is from Circa 1855-60.

The bottom has a fancy engraved match striker panel. The blade is about 2 & 1/2 inches length. Extended full length this piece is 5 & 1/2 inches length. It weighs 31.13 grams.
